Who are we?
Hello, I am Rob Brown, the founder and head coach of Encore Partners. I am committed to helping financial advisors build happier client relationships, more personal freedom and greater profits. During my 25 year career in the financial services industry I have always been a successful producer and valued mentor. My background also includes executive management with a full-service financial services firm. I have defined all of my roles with the belief that the advisor is the ultimate determinate of success of any financial services organization. What do we do?
Encore Partners is a client-driven training and online solutions firm that helps grow the business of financial service companies, their advisors and brokers. We use a unique combination of personal and web-based solutions to help individuals and organizations achieve greater productivity and higher levels of personal and professional satisfaction. Our consultation, training courses and speaking engagements are supported by this member-only website which helps our clients create "encores."
From showing you how to clearly articulate your value to building your team, our techniques enable you to capitalize on existing client relationships and rapidly build new ones. We call this the ENCORE Appraoch, a disciplined, six-step approach to practice management. Through coaching and training programs, we are committed to strengthening your business and increasing your success.

Teleseminars and WebinarsI host teleseminars and webinars for members of EncoreAdvisor.com as well as larger organizations, such as broker-dealers and investment management firms. Many times these events allow me to provide ongoing follow-up for my in-person engagements. At other times, I choose topics that are driven by members of EncoreAdvisor.com or my coaching clients. During these consultations, I share as much information as possible about your topic(s) of interest. Why do we do what we do? Why an "Encore"?
Have you ever received a standing ovation or been in an audience when a performer was called back onto the stage? The feeling of excitement is unmistakable. Both performer and audience want the show to last forever. You can feel the power.
Financial Professionals should look for this type of power in their relationships with clients and prospects. It is the power that drives successful client solutions. These solutions ultimately lead to higher levels of confidence and trust that in turn result in more business and new opportunities.
How do we do what we do?
The Encore Format
One of the most important features of Encore Partners' speaking engagements, workshops and webinars is the format in which they are conducted. Most of our courses work through distinct Pre-work, Workshop and Follow-up coaching phases which combine original ideas, personal contact and web-based delivery. This format is based upon three core beliefs:

Our busy schedules do not always allow for setting aside long periods of time for training, so for training to be effective it must be part of our regular routines.

Adults do not learn through "downloading;" practical ideas applied in everyday activities are better utilized and retained.

Too much training is hit or miss. The course is sold, attended and forgotten. If our clients are willing to invest time and money in our coursework, we are going to do everything we can to be sure they receive a suitable return on investment.
